Trouble on the dock

There’s a lot packed into that statement: a definite choice. Rather than a “could” make. It’s limiting. In fact, it brings Frost’s fork closer to the reader. A choice must be made now! But, when taking a closer look at the circumstance of someone like a proposed villain Columbus. We discover, that there’s Providence. Columbus wasn’t forced to leave Genoa. He was an explorer. A searcher of new. That his mission, marks him unafraid to learn. His atrocities not in doubt, might they be an off-product, or pressure wounds from the extremeness at which he was operating.

We don’t explore on one another anymore. But, there is watch.

A relative* brand of elite performers operating at levels of varying degrees that are debated all the time. We also have venture capitalists, philanthropists, and living deities. All performers of thought. But, the mind was developed like it is now. Pursuits and culture were limited in depth and value. Maybe some of that has changed. I just think some due be given to the man who brought western thought west. An achievement that nourished idea of colonialism, which bread capitalism. Otherwise known as freedom and the smartphone.
